Hi! I'm Joel and I live in San Antonio, TX!  I was born in Mojave, CA but I have lived in San Antonio,TX most of my life. I grew up on a ranch just outside of Poteet, TX  and I am married with four kids, ages range from 10 months old thru 19 years old, and I also have spent time in Chicago, Gulf Port and San Diego, CA. In my lifetime I have had the pleasure of serving in the U.S. Navy as a Steelworker with the Seabees and graduating from Texas State University with a degree in Accounting shortly thereafter. 

My Real Estate story is a long and experienced one as I first got my  Real Estate license in 2007, right before the Real Estate market crash in 2008, but I have been actively serving my clients buy and sell Real Estate since 2017 in both the San Antonio and Austin markets here in Texas. These markets also include Cibolo, New Braunfels, Converse, Helotes, Bandera, Pipe Creek, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Schertz, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Manor, Texas.

 

My favorite part of San Antonio has got to be the many parks for outdoor fun, Hardberger and Eisenhower Park specifically, the Riverwalk and La Cantera shopping! That and the close proximity to Boerne and New Braunfels where you can experience Oktoberfest, floating the Guadalupe river and delicious food with boutique style shopping! Once you've found a place that catches your eye, I'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer.

 

Then I'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
